Shipping & Returns

Shipping: Orders are processed 3-5 business days from purchase. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for custom engraved items. Worldwide shipping is offered on all products. Depending on your location, international orders may take between 2-3 weeks to arrive.

Returns: The return policy lasts up to 7 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Customized items
Products that have been engraved are non-returnable. If you would like to modify your engraving request or cancel it, you must do so within 1 day of ordering.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded.
